MISSION
Our mission is to improve the quality and comfort of living spaces through the design and manufacture of pressure tanks, boilers, tanks, radiators, food containers, chimney flues and solar thermal systems in compliance with all applicable regulations, as well as to give full satisfaction to our customers, partners and employees, working in safety and in a system of quality and respect for the environment.
All our work is focused on searching to satisfy and increase customer value, where the customer is not just the final consumer, but all parties involved (government, citizens, public administration, institutions, etc.) and, therefore, the “stakeholders.”
Our integrated system for quality, environment and safety is not a sterile and useless list of procedures, but a chance for great company growth, working to collect the energies of all the fingers of one hand to turn it into the solidity of a handful.
Achieving our mission means respecting the world around us, leaving the world better to posterity than the way we found it.
Our company will exist for as long as we have the desire to improve.
The General Management assumes the responsibility for promoting and spreading this commitment within the CORDIVARI S.r.l. company through process improvement plans, preparing action and by providing the resources necessary to achieve the desired level of improvement and to continually meet the legal requirements of environmental and safety requirements, as well as gauging our policy at least once a year and deciding on any updates.
CORDIVARI Sr.l. undertakes the allocation of sufficient resources for it to reach the following objectives:
- improving delivery times of our products
- reducing the number of complaints from the market
- improving environmental management and prevention
- reducing energy consumption
- reducing product waste
- reducing atmospheric emissions
- improving safety management through continuous monitoring of all company areas
